Dr. Brook offers both group and individual support for parents of Autistic children of all ages.

Autistic Parenting Group

A group for parents who want to understand, connect with, and support their Autistic child of any age (including adult) while caring for themselves

As a neurodivergent psychologist and parent, I am personally thrilled to offer a new group for parents of Autistic people of any age. It combines my favorite affirming and effective parenting approaches to help both Autistic people and their parents flourish!

Does this sound familiar?

  • Are you the parent of an Autistic person of any age?

  • Have you been struggling to understand their needs?

  • Are you wondering how to both accommodate their needs AND help them learn and grow?

  • Would you like to connect with a therapist and other parents who GET IT?

This group is for you - created to support parents in parenting their Autistic children.

It combines scientifically supported and validating approaches for parenting Autistic people.
