Below are the standard fees for each service offered along with answers to frequently asked questions.

Diagnostic Autism and/or ADHD Testing (no full IQ or academic testing): $4350

Autism and/or ADHD Testing with IQ and academic testing (recommended for students seeking academic or test accommodations): $7350

Individual Therapy

Intake for Comprehensive DBT:  $450

Individual Therapy: $300

DBT Skills Group

Adult Group: $300 intake session, $100/group session.

Teen/Parent Group: $450 intake session, $200/group session (for teen & 1-2 parents).  

 

Group tuition is paid in a tuition payment one week before the beginning of each module.

Below you will find some information on cancelation policies, payment, and insurance.  If you have another question, please reach out to me. 

Cancelation Policy

Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the regular session fee.

Online Services/Telemedicine

Yes! We offer assessment and therapy sessions via secure video to clients anywhere in California and all PSYPACT-participating States. In some cases, online sessions may not be appropriate, and if so, this will be discussed.

Currently, we are licensed to offer assessment and therapy services to clients anywhere in California and all PSYPACT-participating States.

Consulting and Training can be offered to anyone.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Payment will be made through a secure patient portal. 

​

Skills groups are paid in a tuition model and there are no refunds for missed group sessions.

Insurance Accepted

Flow is out-of-network from all insurance companies. We are happy to provide a "superbill" to assist you in obtaining partial reimbursement from your insurance company.​ You are responsible for all charges regardless of whether they are covered by your insurance.

Insurance Reimbursement 

We can provide you with an invoice including billing codes that you may choose to submit to your insurance company if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers. If you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we recommend checking reimbursement rates, deductibles, and other policies prior to starting treatment.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
